Everyone Loves Girl Scout Cookies

Even the 2 year old... who as you can see has been banned from the Cookie Room otherwise known as the living room with a baby gate... Not happy about that at all. Nothing like a good old fashioned 2 year old temper tantrum! Don't you wish you were me right about now?

Annual Jog-A-thon was today... Girls did great. Aubrey ran 9 laps and Megan ran 7... I am sure she would have gotten 9, but that dang asthma acted up again and we had to have a moment with the inhaler. But, they did great and had so much fun! Alli and I were on the sidelines for both the Kindergarten run and the 2nd grade run cheering on the girls! Alli was adorable clapping, dancing to the music and yelling "Aubee" and "Meeeee" (Aubrey and Megan).

The Brownies go to Coldstone

How cool is this... our Brownie troop got a tour of our Coldstone and then got to make their very own ice cream concoctions! They had so much fun. And Aubrey was invited to go along which made her feel really good. Such a great group of girls!

BOOMER THE DOG

Many of you have been asking about Boomer... He is doing great... He has become a big part of our family and is very comfortable here. He loves to eat Alli's leftovers and has experienced having cereal dumped on him more than once. He loves to eat socks... Megan has 2 pairs left... she can testify to his love for socks. He loves to play and is slowly learning how to walk on a leash without taking us for a walk... Aubrey lost that battle last weekend but her scratched up face is slowly healing. He is in the middle of obedience school and with the exception of stealing other dogs snacks seems to be doing pretty well....

Like I said... he has made himself very comfortable but has become a loved member of our family...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Busy, but very fun day.... Kids woke up with Daddy being home and donuts for breakfast! It was a nice treat. That plus presents made for a fun morning. The kids were finally able to return to swimming lessons and then headed to a birthday party at Bounce U. All of that plus picking up bikes for Mike and I (Our Valentines gift to each other) and dinner out made for a very long and exhausting day... but fun!

A trip to the Zoo

Again... before the month from hell began we took everyone to the zoo. Uncle DJ and Aunt Joann got us season passes for Christmas. Such a great gift...

Alli's 2nd birthday
